Local HVAC Contractor is looking for an HVAC Service and Operations Manager to manage and oversee the daily operations of the service department.
Essential Job duties :
- Oversee and manage the daily operation of the service department
- Promote a positive workplace culture
- Providing leadership and direction to the team, with training and evaluation of job performance
- Quality assurance of all service reports (auditing for quality and consistency)
- Support technicians in the field with estimating, questions and customer needs
- Scheduling for service & maintenance
- Manage service projects and maintenance agreements. Effectively price and recommend maintenance programs.
- Working with the management team regarding profitability and P&L
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of equipment, tools, and materials while ensuring efficient field operations
- Ensure completion of job tickets
- Fostering excellent relationships and communication with customers and resolving issues
- Provide quotes for repairs or installations of HVAC systems
Job Title : HVAC Service and Operations Manager
Compensation : $80,000 - $130,000 annually
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, Full-Time
