Job description

Tasks

  • Troubleshoot, find solutions, and carry out repairs/adjustments on equipment.
  • Participate in the installation or modification of new machines and provide ongoing maintenance.
  • Participate in and propose continuous improvement ideas.
  • Consult instruction manuals, drawings, plans, and create sketches for the mechanical workshop.
  • Contribute to the development of work procedures.
  • Train new employees and provide technical support to operators.
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized.
  • Use maintenance software to carry out tasks.
  • Participate in any other related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of activities.

Job requirements

  • DEP in electromechanics or any other equivalent training.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of GMAW and Arc welding procedures.
  • Spoken and written language: French (required).
  • Ability to read and interpret plans.
