Join our client's dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk at our Toronto location! You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics by managing shipments and receipts across all departments. Proficiency in SAP is a plus, as you'll handle goods receipt and issuance seamlessly. We're looking for someone who thrives on clear and open communication with teammates. If you're ready to be at the heart of our operations, we’d love to have you aboard!
Individual Contributor manages and handles parts, components, materials and sub-assemblies to supply manufacturing, integration, repair and spare parts workshops in compliance with rules for computerized management of stocks and inventory, and according to manufacturing process and instructions specifying the actions to be accomplished and the methods to be used. A user of the ERP.
- Performs operations of incoming reception, Incoming / Outgoing from warehouse (physical and logical)
- Organizes or manages inventories and analyzes the deviation causes
- Proposes improvement action plans as an active player of the continuous improvement for the domain
- Insures the following activities : shipping, incoming reception, store, on-site handling
- Realizes the conditioning and packaging following predefined rules
- Prepares the kits for the manufacturing workcells.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
