Job descriptionExperience installing, repairing, and replacing commercial and industrial roofing systems. (Roofing and construction experience a plus) Familiarity with various roofing systems, including 4-ply built-up, 2-Ply Mod Bit, and single-ply. Expertise in sheet metal fabrication and installation for roofing applications. Strong understanding of safety procedures for working at heights. Completion of relevant safety training programs, including Working at Heights and Propane Safety Awareness. Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods. Capacity to handle a large workload and work independently with minimal supervision. Team player with a reliable and dependable work ethic. Valid G driver's license. Must be = available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

We are looking for Roof Worker for our Scarborough location. Shift : Monday -Friday 7am-3.30pm
Job Description : Roof Worker
Job Duties :
- Install, repair, or replace various commercial and industrial roofing systems, including 4-ply built-up, 2-Ply Mod Bit, and single-ply systems.
- Fabricate and install sheet metal components for roofing projects.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and adheres to building codes.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on existing roofs.
- Waterproof roof surfaces using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Inspect roofs for damage and identify areas requiring repair or replacement.
- Secure and maintain a clean and safe work environment at heights.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures as outlined on the job site.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- May be required to work weekends and holidays to meet project deadlines.
