We are looking for an organized and meticulous Property Administrator to join a team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In this role, you will support property management operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with communication. Your ability to maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service will be essential to the success of this position.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all procedures run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain and organize filing systems to guarantee accurate and accessible documentation.
- Provide administrative support to property managers, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other activities as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, addressing any needs promptly.
- Greet visitors and handle inquiries with a meticulous and welcoming attitude.
- Proficiency in managing inbound calls and operating multi-line phone systems.
- Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments and coordinate meetings effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, including maintaining paper and electronic filing systems.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to assist clients and visitors professionally.
- Capability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with general office equipment and supply management is an asset.
- Experience working within a property management company is an asset
