Position
We are seeking a strategic and tactical Senior Vice President of Product to help define our multi-product platform strategy, own and maintain a complex set of roadmaps, and assume ownership of all facets of the Product function. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in managing complex enterprise SaaS solutions, integrating acquired products and teams, and driving operational excellence through metrics-driven methodologies. The ideal candidate will have an empathetic and supportive management style with an enthusiasm for mentoring product team resources of all levels, while inspiring cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results, by executing with a sense of urgency achieved through collaboration and decisive action.
The SVP of Product will report to the CPTO and oversee a team of Product Directors / Managers, Quality Assurance professionals, and UX experts across multiple time zones. This position will build and execute the product roadmap - ensuring alignment with key business goals - and deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions based on market research, customer engagement data, and executive input. The role requires a collaborative ethos, strong analytical mindset, and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. This leader will work closely with peers in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success, as well as liaise with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.
