Reporting to the Founder & President, the Vice President of Merchandising will lead the merchandising and buying function, responsible for spearheading the development and execution of cutting-edge product and merchandising strategies that drive profitable, sustainable growth across all channels as we expand our product offerings and global footprint. This role is crucial in refining our product assortment, ensuring it aligns with Knix’s brand identity and resonates with our consumers. You will be responsible for creating a clear and coherent merchandising hierarchy and product architecture, optimizing the product assortment, and leading strategic product planning efforts for all product lines and categories.
You will also help ensure that our product offerings maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels, supporting Knix’s long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for meaningful merchandising and product strategies, committed to driving brand differentiation, customer satisfaction, and achieving Knix’s ambitious growth objectives.
