The Opportunity :

We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead our efforts in attracting and hiring top-tier executive talent. This role is pivotal in shaping the future leadership of Maple Leaf Foods, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to deliver on our Strategic Blueprint.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life :

• Executive Recruitment Delivery :

Lead the end-to-end process for executive roles (Director and Vice President level), including research, sourcing and screening, candidate submissions, interview process management, approvals, complex offer negotiations, references, and pre-boarding support.

Ensure a positive, respectful, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Proactively partner with senior leadership and hiring leaders to understand their teams, and the specific needs and requirements of each executive role.

Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to measure recruitment processes, gaps, and recommended action plans.

Act as a coach and mentor to Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues looking to develop their knowledge, skills, and competencies within the recruitment industry.
