  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with technical product teams, GTM (marketing, sales, support, channels), and field operations to ensure seamless launches
  • Stakeholder Alignment : Align and secure buy-in from key stakeholders across Product, Marketing, CIO, PMO, Support, Channels, and Operations
  • Business Requirements : Define and communicate business requirements to TELUS OSS / BSS teams, supporting new buy journeys on our Subscription on Demand platform and platform-level enhancements informed by customer insights
  • Market Expertise : Stay deeply informed about our customers, competitive landscape, market trends, and internal strategies to identify opportunities and guide product decisions
  • Leadership Reporting : Present product plans, progress, and results to executive leadership, clearly articulating value and impact

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Analytical Mindset : Expertise in business casing, customer lifetime value (CLV), and unit economics management
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Proven track record of aligning and working with diverse stakeholders to close gaps, address challenges, and achieve on-time delivery
  • Project Management Skills : Exceptional ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts while meeting tight deadlines
  • Customer-First Focus : Strong attention to detail with a deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Data-Driven Storytelling : Ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making, present results, and inspire teams
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify problems, distill insights, and recommend solutions
  • Innovation-Oriented : A curious mindset with a passion for exploring market trends, uncovering new ideas, and empowering teams to think boldly
  • Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with IoT technologies, smart home automation, or subscription-based platforms
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and working across multiple scrum teams
  • Knowledge of the Canadian market for smart home products or related industries
  • Salary Range : $96,000-$144,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan : 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as :
