This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the Head of Product, where you will lead the Product Management team and take ownership of the entire product lifecycle.   Key Responsibilities : Product Strategy and Roadmap Own the product roadmap : Ensure it is clear, value-driven, and focused on solving real problems while maintaining a strong competitive edge, and balancing strategic objectives with near-term deliverables. Partner with Product Designers, Engineering and R&D teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and clear acceptance criteria. Work with stakeholders across the organization (R&D, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing) to align product vision and strategy with business goals. Stay ahead of market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to ensure our platform remains industry-leading.   Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and grow the Product Management team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Develop team capabilities in discovery, validation, delivery, and iterative improvement. Provide clear guidance on priorities, roles, and responsibilities, while encouraging autonomous decision-making and accountability. Promote best practices in modern product management, fostering a customer-centric and data-driven culture.   Product Lifecycle Management Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and validation, to delivery, measurement, and iteration, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Drive customer-centric product development by incorporating Voice of Customer (VoC), Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), and continuous discovery practices. Establish and maintain robust product operations practices, from standardized workflows and data-driven prioritization frameworks to transparent communication dashboards and experimentation protocols. Be fanatical about outcomes versus outputs, striking that delicate balance between customer value and business value.  Execution Excellence Lead discovery efforts to validate product concepts and define MVPs that balance feasibility, viability, and desirability. Drive exceptional product launches, ensuring go-to-market strategies are well-coordinated across teams and deliver measurable impact for customers and the business. Obsess over product quality, championing initiatives to enhance usability, performance, and reliability to delight customers and build lasting trust. Monitor product performance metrics post-launch and drive data-informed decisions for continuous improvement and iteration.   Requirements : Must-Have Skills and Experience 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2+ years leading product teams in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven success owning and delivering a product roadmap in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Experience leading and mentoring a team of Product Managers or cross-functional teams. Proficiency in tools such as Jira (including Jira Product Discovery), Pendo, and other product management and analytics software. Aptitude for understanding complex technical concepts and translating them into user-focused product opportunities. Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Expertise in product discovery and validation methods, including JTBD and VoC frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications Strong background in AI, NMT, LLMs, or other advanced technologies is highly desirable. Familiarity with translation technologies, CAT tools, or enterprise language services.
