We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to oversee the development and launch of new products and features for our legal practice management software. The ideal candidate will have experience in the legal industry and possess strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field.Minimum of 5+ years of BTB product management experienceExperience in the legal industry, working with legal professionals, and understanding of the legal business processes strongly preferredHistory of customer-centered problem solvingStrong analysis and synthesis skills, demonstrating the ability to break down problems into components that are structured into systemic solutionsExcellent listening and communication skillsAbility to think strategically and identify opportunities for growthStrong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision -makingResponsibilities

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.
Pay range : CAD 130,000 - CAD 145,000. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.
Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
