Manage and optimize the companys eCommerce business by introducing innovative competitively priced products and building strong supplier and partner relationships.
Drive brand strategy and guidelines to keep client and its product branding fresh enhancing product recall.
Build and execute advertising strategies with a focus on high ROI leveraging key search terms and digital tools.
Maintain the company website ensuring competitive ranking and using SEO tools to drive traffic and conversions through eCommerce sales.
Establish and manage lead generation and sales pipelines ensuring high conversion rates from leads to sales.
Recruit manage and mentor team members to develop a strong highperforming commercial team.
Oversee and align the companys and leaderships social media presence with broader marketing strategies.
Support company leadership and the Board of Directors with strategic and tactical initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of healthcare technology sales and / or marketing experience.
At least 3 years of handson digital marketing experience.
Expertlevel knowledge of content marketing SEO social media marketing email marketing Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Strong written and oral English communication skills with an understanding of U.S. and Canadian consumer sensibilities.
