Job description

As the Online Marketing Manager you will lead our digital marketing efforts to grow sales and drive ROI. You ll manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads Meta) oversee content creation and optimize marketing strategies based on data and customer insights. This commissionbased role ties your earnings to sales success offering unlimited growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising (Google Ads Meta).
  • Oversee SEO / SEM strategies to enhance search visibility and website traffic.
  • Lead the creation of blogs video scripts product comparisons and newsletters.
  • Analyze customer personas and competition to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Manage affiliate marketing programs and marketing budgets.
  • Create clear actionable performance reports that track ROI.
  • Supervise and collaborate with a creative team (designers copywriters video producers).
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance and growth.
  • Expertise in SEO SEM and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking measuring and optimizing campaigns.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics SEMrush and marketing automation software.
  • Creative problemsolving skills and a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller marketing and eCommerce platforms (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing or a related field (preferred).

  • HubSpot SEMrush GoHighLevel Mailchimp Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in Amazon Seller platform management and keyword optimization.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance and growth. Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media platforms. Strong analytical skills for tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaigns. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation software.
