Our client is seeking an experienced selfdriven and financially savvy individual to ensure the smooth efficient and profitable operation of all aspects of our business. This role is responsible for overseeing the company s financial health as well as managing accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure proper accounting practices are followed budgets and forecasts are in place and costs are effectively tracked and managed for profitability.
This individual will also manage the daytoday office operations and administration leading a team of employees across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze financial data and provide sound business recommendations to support the companys growth objectives.
- Stay current with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Provide strong financial leadership and accountability for the team.
- Oversee daily business operations improving processes and procedures.
- Handle all daily accounting functions essential for running the business.
- Own and manage pricing and costing strategies.
- Evaluate productivity and performance implementing strategies for continuous improvement and growth.
- Support audits and financial reporting.
- Oversee all staffingrelated functions including HR responsibilities.
- Maintain and update the ERP system.
- Manage office administration tasks and staff.

Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience, with significant experience using ERP systems. Education : Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organization : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
