Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard

As a Tactical Security Guard, strong physical ability is essential since you’ll be on your feet throughout your shift, patrolling environments like retail stores, shopping malls, and hospitals.

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard
-
Maintain a strong security presence and act as a deterrent to criminal activity
-
Conduct proactive patrols inside and outside the mall or hospital to ensure the safety of tenants, employees, and customers
-
Respond to security incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations in a professional and tactical manner
-
Assist with crowd control and crisis management as needed
-
Enforce mall policies, trespassing regulations, and applicable laws
-
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and daily activities
-
Collaborate with mall management, law enforcement, and emergency services when necessary
Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard
-
Valid Alberta Security License
-
Experience in security, law enforcement, or military is an asset
- Prior experience in retail, mall or hospital security is preferred
-
Ability to handle high-pressure situations
-
Excellent observational and decision-making skills
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
