As a Seamstress, you will provide premium alteration services, maintain the highest standards of quality, and contribute to the seamless operations of the Flagship Boutique. You will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty through superior craftsmanship and attentive service.

Tailoring Excellence

Execute premium tailoring and alteration services, ensuring garments meet CHANEL's Global standards, while meeting alteration deadlines.
Learn each collection to understand the Studio's statements, recommend alteration methods accordingly, and stay up-to-date on evolvements of guidelines over time.
Meticulously assess each garment to identify necessary adjustments, ensuring every piece is tailored to perfection.
Conduct fittings with precision, providing expert guidance to clients while respecting their preferences and needs.
Perform thorough quality checks on finished alterations, guaranteeing cleanliness, precision, and overall craftsmanship.
Consistently share collection alteration information on garments with Boutique staff.

Client Relationships

Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their tailoring needs are met with professionalism and care.

Offer expert advice on garment care, maintenance, and after-sales services to enhance the longevity of each piece.

Collaborate with the boutique team to deliver a seamless and luxurious client journey.

Operational Efficiency

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully equipped Tailor Shop to support efficient operations and when required, inform your manager of the shop’s needs regarding tools, materials and supplies

Assist in stock quality control, repairing or adjusting items as necessary to uphold CHANEL’s standards.

Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping for all tailoring activities using Chanel after-sales platforms / tools and communicate effectively with the boutique team.

What you will bring to the role

Tailoring Expertise : 3-5 years of professional tailoring experience, preferably in luxury fashion.

Client Service Excellence : A passion for creating exceptional client experiences and providing expert advice.

Strong Organizational Skills : The ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

Attention to Detail : A meticulous eye for precision and quality in every stitch.
