Responsibilities :

SUNTEP Regina requires Sessional Supervisors for pre-service teachers (field involvement, pre-intern or intern) in Regina and / or surrounding area. Sessional Supervisors will be assigned to supervise pre-service teachers in the field through the SUNTEP Regina office.

Sessional supervisors are expected to be available to visit and provide support / guidance as needed by the pre-service teacher and / or cooperating teacher for the duration of placement. Must have access to a personal vehicle.

Qualifications : The ideal applicant will have a Master’s degree in Education or degree in Education with significant teaching experience.

Candidates must possess proficiency with Saskatchewan curriculum documents and have understanding of current pedagogical approaches in the K-12 system, specifically culturally responsive pedagogy.
