SharePoint Developer - Intermediate / Senior
Type : Contract (July - December , with possible extensions)
Work Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday, : AM to : PM
Location : Hybrid work environment in Regina SK with preference for candidates available to be on-site at least days per week.

Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer / Support Analyst to join our client's Small Modular Reactor (SMR) / Nuclear Development team.
This role involves working on various information technology projects, focusing on the design, development, implementation, and support of a new IT environment, including multiple solutions built in SharePoint Online / Power Apps with reporting in Power BI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in the design and development of new solutions within the SharePoint environment.
- Lead enhancement activities for the Microsoft SharePoint environment.
- Establish and support mechanisms required for the new environment.
- Perform SharePoint Administration and Consulting.
- Handle incident ticket logging, investigation, and management.
- Manage problem resolution related to SharePoint and associated technologies.
Required Qualifications :
- Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related equivalent.
- Education in computer science, SharePoint, or Microsoft .
- Previous experience as an application support specialist with SharePoint, preferably SharePoint Online.
- Proficient in using MS Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Demonstrated record of continued improvement in the field.
Preferred Qualifications :
- IAEA training in security and information technology.
- Experience with SharePoint add-ons.
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
- Experience in a document-centric environment.
- Familiarity with cloud services.
Additional Requirements :
Ability to successfully pass identity verification, background checks including electronic fingerprinting, and obtain CSIS Level security clearance once the SMR security clearance procedure is implemented.
