The Opportunity : Fullstack Developer

As a Fullstack Developer, you will design and build end-to-end applications that enhance client autonomy and streamline digital operations. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product owners to deliver performant, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Your mix of technical skill and creative problem-solving will help shape innovative tools used by leading brands across North America.

Your Impact in the Team

Build and Deliver : Develop high-quality, secure, and scalable applications using modern frameworks and cloud environments.

Collaborate : Work with product owners and designers to transform requirements into practical and engaging digital experiences.

Innovate : Identify and implement process or performance improvements within our applications.

Ensure Quality : Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure robust, maintainable products.

Support Growth : Contribute to feature estimation, sprint planning, and roadmap discussions.

Your Knowledge And Skills

Education : Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience : 4–6 years of professional experience developing fullstack applications.

Frontend Expertise : Strong experience with Vanilla JavaScript, React, Vue.js, or Angular.

Backend Experience : Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript).

Database Skills : Solid experience of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

API Development : Experience building RESTful and / or APIs.

Cloud Deployment : Experience with deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Version Control : Proficiency with Git and CI / CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).

Testing : Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.

Containerization : Experience with Docker and containerized application design.
