Job description
We are looking for a Support Specialist for a promising long-term contract employment opportunity. In this role, the Support Specialist will primarily be responsible for computer setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining a comprehensive remote desktop server environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for computer systems.
- Set up computers and connect them to the wifi.
- Offer basic email support, including handling Office 365 issues.
- Utilize Zoho for ticket management and support.
- Maintain remote desktop connectivity for seamless operations.
- Apply skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies.
- Handle tasks related to Computer Hardware and Dell Technologies.
- Manage user accounts using Active Directory.
- Support Apple Devices and manage backup technologies.
- Perform configuration management as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Support Specialist
- Proficiency in Android Development is required
- Demonstrated expertise in Cisco Technologies
- Experience with Citrix Technologies is a must
- Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
- Familiarity with Dell Technologies is necessary
- Knowledge of Active Directory is required
- Proficiency in managing Apple Devices
- Experience with Backup Technologies is desirable
- Proficiency in Configuration Management is necessary
