Job description

We are looking for a talented Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help us find the best talent in the industry. This individual will be managing, organizing, and executing various recruitment tasks focusing on high volume recruitment. The candidate will gain valuable HR Recruitment experience with its many functions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels including online platforms, job fair events, employment centers, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct thorough virtual candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and culture fit.
  • Present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with field team to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Create ongoing recruitment / sourcing strategies and tools as a means of increasing applicants and driving awareness in the market.

Keys to success :

  • Fluently bilingual in both English and French
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience with Sales recruitment an asset.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

    Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion du cycle complet du recrutement, en mettant particulièrement l’accent sur le recrutement à volume élevé. Vous développerez des stratégies de recrutement efficaces, identifierez des candidats qualifiés et assurerez une expérience fluide pour les candidats et les gestionnaires d’embauche.

    Vos responsabilités :

  • Rechercher, identifier et attirer des talents via différents canaux (plateformes en ligne, salons de l’emploi, centres d’emploi, références internes, etc.).
  • Mener des entretiens virtuels approfondis.
  • Présenter des candidats qualifiés aux gestionnaires d’embauche et assurer le suivi du processus de sélection.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes terrain pour anticiper les besoins en personnel et faciliter l’intégration des nouveaux employés.
  • Maintenir des dossiers de recrutement précis et organisés à l’aide de notre système de suivi des candidatures (ATS).
  • Rester à l’affût des tendances du marché et des meilleures pratiques en recrutement.
  • Concevoir et mettre en place des stratégies de sourcing innovantes pour accroître la visibilité de nos opportunités d’emploi et attirer davantage de candidats.
  • Profil recherché :

  • Bilingue français et anglais (écrit et oral).
  • Expérience en recrutement, idéalement en recrutement à volume élevé ou dans le domaine des ventes (un atout).
  • Solide compréhension des processus de recrutement, des lois en vigueur et des meilleures pratiques.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, relations interpersonnelles et négociation.
  • Maîtrise des outils de recrutement et des systèmes de suivi des candidatures (ATS).
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
  • Grande organisation, souci du détail et aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
