Position Summary : We are seeking a Sales Executive with a strong hunter mentality who thrives on the challenge of engaging prospects, understanding their pain points, and offering tailored solutions that drive client success. You will have access to a large base of potential clients across medical, dental, and allied health segments. The role demands the ability to prioritize, build strong relationships, and maintain a dedicated work ethic.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with key decision-makers, and moving leads through the sales cycle from initial contact to closure. A strong understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management is crucial to success.
We seek a candidate who embraces a consultative sales approach and can effectively deliver complex value propositions, whether in-person or virtually. Quick learning, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed are key. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales. Technology should be a tool you leverage to enhance communication and time management across a large territory. You should be adept at asking probing questions to uncover true pain points and position our solution effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Sell and Educate : Drive sales and build awareness of the company’s flagship product to clinicians in the medical, dental, and allied health sectors.
Lead Generation : Identify and secure new customers through cold and warm calls.
Inbound Support : Handle inbound inquiries and demonstrate how our services meet client needs.
Proposal Demonstrations : Present complex value propositions to clinicians and their teams.
Data Maintenance : Keep CRM systems updated with detailed records of all client interactions following best practices.
Requirements :
Proven sales experience with success in a competitive, hunter-driven environment.
Post-secondary degree
