Commission
Base salary with quarterly bonus potential. Your hard work is rewarded with no limits!
Ownership of your accounts : With an annual quota of $1M and average POs between $20K - $40K, you’ll have the freedom to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
Be a Champion for Safety : Help clients create safer job sites and be a critical part of the team ensuring lives and livelihoods are protected
Your Day to Day includes :
Your role is critical to the organization and will prove pivotal in the continued growth of our clients' product lines. This position requires a self-directed, forward-thinking and energetic person who is results oriented and capable of professional and detailed follow through.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, comprehending their safety requirements, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Proactively engage potential customers, follow up on leads, and convert them into sales opportunities. Exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our fall protection product line, its features, and benefits, and effectively communicate this information to clients to assist them in making informed decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to make recommendations for product improvements and new opportunities.
- M aintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Generate regular reports for management review.
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and product development departments to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques, ensuring professional development and growth
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
2+ Years of B2B Sales Experience : Proven experience closing deals and developing client relationships.
Exceptional Communication Skills : Confident, clear, and capable with both written and verbal skills.
Self-Driven & Energetic : Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed targets.
Adaptable & Proactive : Comfortable adapting to the dynamic needs of a fast-growing industry.
Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM tools and online project tracking.
Physically Ready for the Job : Willing to climb ladders on commercial sites – safety first!
