Job description

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Montreal, QC
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise projects, manage stakeholders, and drive successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and steering committee discussions.
  • Support digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vendor and third-party relationships as required.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Drive successful project execution while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience leading enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project resources.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • PMP certification is considered an asset.
