Job description

Job Title: Customer Support Representative Location and address : Vermilion, Alberta

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist with routine customer service tasks in the order management process. This role will help with order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support order management activities such as order entry, confirmation, and tracking.
  • Update internal teams on order status and raise issues when needed.
  • Prepare and maintain order-related documents as per company procedures.
  • Assist in resolving simple administrative or clerical issues related to orders.
  • Check customer orders for credit, contract terms, pricing, stock, and delivery availability.
  • Follow standard processes for order status, invoices, and contract balances.
  • Handle routine customer inquiries and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or order management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
