Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with staff, guests, and stakeholders at all levels. - Provide visionary leadership and oversee daily hotel operations, including rooms, restaurants, and banquet facilities.
- Ensure the hotel meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Make independent decisions that positively impact the overall hotel performance, with an emphasis on achieving goals outlined in STR reports.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless operations and superior guest service across all areas.
- Foster a goal-oriented culture, motivating and leading the team to achieve excellence in service delivery and financial targets.
- Uphold and maintain the brand standards to ensure the hotel delivers consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and performance metrics to optimize profitability.
