Position Title : DMC (Sales)

Timings : 9 AM to 5 PM

Reporting to : CEO

Department : Business Development

Location : Edmonton AB T5J 3R8 (Remote)

Position Purpose :

As a DMC Sales your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by effectively closing sales deals. You will play a pivotal role in converting leads into satisfied customers through persuasive communication strategic negotiation and a deep understanding of our products / services. This position requires a resultsdriven individual with a proven track record of successful sales closing a keen market insight and the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.

Education & Professional Qualification :

  • Degree(s) / Major(s) : Bachelor or Master in a relevant field from a reputed University.

Experience :

  • 2 to 3 years of proven working experience in a related field.

  • Responsibilities :

  • Utilize advanced sales techniques to successfully close deals ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends competitors and customer behavior to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cultivate and sustain longterm relationships with clients providing exceptional support to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate leads generated by the sales team and marketing efforts to prioritize and concentrate efforts on highpotential opportunities.
  • Develop an indepth understanding of our products / services and effectively communicate their unique value propositions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to design tailored solutions that address the specific needs and challenges of individual clients.
  • Maintain precise and uptodate records of sales activities customer interactions and deal progress using CRM software.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and market insights.
  • Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and objectionhandling abilities.
  • Proven track record of successful sales closing in a similar role.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the market and understanding of local business practices.
  • Time management and organization skills to effectively prioritize multiple objectives and achieve volume goals.
  • Should be targetoriented hardworking and punctual.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Demonstrated experience in cold calling, sales closing, and negotiating contracts. Solid understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. Meeting planned sales goals. Promoting the organization and products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product offering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving measurable results.
