    • If the following describes you :

  • College diploma in technical discipline (preferred);
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control, ideally in a unionized manufacturing environment;
  • Experience in supervising personnel;
  • Knowledge of relevant ASME / ASTM specifications;
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 standards;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.

    • Location : Granby

    • Your missions :

  • Ensure compliance to ensure that the plant meets the strictest quality certifications, by deploying efficient internal procedures, and ensure that each material, process and finished product meets high quality standards;
  • Identify, analyze and report non-conformities and propose improvement plans, thanks to your analytical skills;
  • Work closely with production teams to reduce rework costs;
  • Leadership and customer support, by interacting with them as well as with regulatory authorities;
  • Supervise, train and evaluate the performance of quality control employees according to best practices.
