Were looking for a detailoriented Revenue Operations Analyst to help optimize our revenue processes and drive strategic insights across Sales Marketing Customer Success and Finance. Reporting to the VP of Finance this role is key to enhancing revenue performance and forecasting accuracy. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills crossfunctional collaboration experience and a passion for improving business systems and workflows. They thrive in a fastpaced environment and can translate data into actionable strategies that support growth.

What youll do

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor revenue performance across departments to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support forecasting budgeting and pipeline reporting processes
  • Enhance revenue systems and workflows for efficiency and consistency
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic decisionmaking
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing Customer Success and Finance to align on metrics tools and processes
  • Maintain data quality and integrity across CRM and financial systems
  • Assist with gotomarket planning and performance measurement

What youll need

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Proficiency in CRM (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) and Excel / Google Sheets
  • 35 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales / Marketing Ops or Financial / Business Analysis
  • Assets :

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B environments
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages
  • Understanding of sales funnels customer journeys and GTM strategies
  • Location :

    We are committed to finding the best candidate and are flexible regarding location. While Remsofts headquarters are in Fredericton New Brunswick and Ottawa Ontario we are open to a range of working arrangements for this role. Candidates can work fully remote in a hybrid setup or fully from our office.
