As a Counter Salesperson you will play a key role in providing exceptional sales support to walkin customers at our Profit Centre counters. You will deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining a clean wellstocked sales area and assisting customers with their inquiries orders and backorders. Additionally you will collaborate with the Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams to ensure seamless support and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with their purchases at the Profit Centre counters.
• Research products and provide recommendations based on our extensive product assortment.
• Drive sales growth by managing counter merchandising promoting products and generating leads for the Outside Account Manager while networking with customers.
• Accurately enter pick and pack sales orders placed at the counter.
• Maintain and organize the counter area including merchandising displays.
• Notify the buyer when stock levels are low to prevent shortages.
• Follow up with vendors on backorders and provide customers with accurate delivery timelines.
• Process returns and warranty claims for account and cash sales ensuring all paperwork complies with established procedures.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Profit Centre Manager.

Salary Range : $45000.00 $65000.00
