A multi-branch and safety accredited construction and service organization specializing in refrigeration and HVAC applications is immediately hiring an experienced hands on A Licensed Lead Technical Advisor & Regional Supervisor to manage and mentor their team of field Refrigeration Service Technicians and service refrigeration racks and equipment in the Halifax, NS and surrounding area.
WHY YOU WANT TO WORK HERE
As a hands-on Lead Technical Advisor & Regional Supervisor, your time will be spent between overseeing, training, mentoring, and coaching a team of Field HVAC/R Technicians, conducting site visits for quality control, overseeing refrigeration and commercial projects, and installing and servicing refrigeration racks, coolers, freezers display units, chillers, RTUs etc.
LEAD HVAC/R TECHNCIAL ADVISOR & REGIONAL SUPEVISOR JOB REQUIREMENTS
The successfully hired HVAC/R Field Supervisor must complete a pre-employment background check (Criminal, Driving, Security Clearance).
SHIFT: Days, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday). Time and a half for any work performed outside business hours. Oncall: 1 week/7-8 weeks.
