Receiving clerk Jobs in Thunder Bay, ON

Job Description

Ability to multi-task with strong computer skills and work within aggressive timeframes to support Shipping / Receiving department

Prepare and organize reports, source packages, travelers, and other correspondence as required

Review and ensure completion and accuracy of documents

The scanning and filing of documentation (Travelers, Receivers, FAI's, etc.)

The retrieval of documentation as required

Administrative support duties, including issuing, updating, data entry and tracking of forms,

Receive, process and send information / documentation to team members or internal customers

Revise and update various documentation and forms as required

Actively be involved in any Health, Safety and Environment initiatives as HS&E is every employee's responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Proficient computer skills, experience in administrative functions, results oriented, excellent problem solving and organizational skills, strong communication & interpersonal skills

Exposure to or experience with SAP Environment; Microsoft Office software
