Your new role As the Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the orderly and efficient operation of shared facilities as directed by the Property Manager and the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, overseeing mechanical systems, supervising contractors, and maintaining high standards of building maintenance. The Superintendent must treat residents and guests with courtesy and respect, direct inquiries to the Property Manager, and maintain a professional appearance and performance. This role involves liaising with residents and staff, handling complaints professionally, and avoiding private work arrangements with residents. The Superintendent may also supervise contractors, ensuring effective building maintenance. This is a Live-Out position.What you'll need to succeed To succeed, the successful candidate will possess 3+ years' experience within the maintenance and coordination of condominium or multifamily high-rise residential properties. Excellent customer service skills and strong experience within building maintenance.
