Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer – 42K – M3 & M4 Corridor

I am currently representing a leading HVAC specialist who is currently in search of a Mechanical bias multi skilled Maintenance engineer to join a growing team in the Reading  / Guildford area.

The successful candidate will be providing planned maintenance, servicing & repair to a wide range of Mechanical & building services equipment.

The ideal candidate would be based in or between Reading & Guildford. Sites are based in the M3 & M4 corridors around Surrey & Reading with 1 -2 days a week supporting the London team (X1 site in Chelsea and X1 in Acton).

With four offices based within the UK, the company has grown from strength to strength since launching in in 2002 and provides building performance assets, planned and reactive maintenance solutions and capital projects works throughout the UK.

They mainly work with a wide variety of retail, mixed use development spaces, hotel and leisure and commercial multi tenanted office spaces. They are currently in search of a electrical bias mobile engineer to join a team of engineers to provide maintenance and breakdown to electrical / mechanical units to a wide variety of commercial clients including :

• Electrical, mechanical & building services, maintenance, service & Repair works
• UPS Systems / Emergency Light Testing
• Pumps / Motors
• AHU’s & HVAC Maintenance experience a bonus.

This role is based on a 40-hour week, with the ideal candidate having their level 2 in electrical installation city and guilds or equivalent with their 18th edition.
