We’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team and help us expand our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive overall awareness for our new brand.
What You’ll Do
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of our digital strategy, helping to build and grow our brand across various online platforms. Key responsibilities include :
- Social Media Management :
- Create and execute digital marketing strategy
- Work with contractors such as branding and influencer marketing agencies to achieve digital marketing goals
- Develop and execute content calendars for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and .
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
- Paid Advertising :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), and TikTok.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet ROI targets.
- Content Creation and Strategy :
- Create engaging, on-brand posts, stories, and videos that resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and compelling content (graphics, videos, blogs).
- Write and edit copy for email campaigns, blog posts, and product descriptions.
- Analytics and Reporting :
- Monitor website traffic, social media performance, and campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve performance.
- E-Commerce and Digital Sales Support :
- Optimize the brand’s website and online store (if applicable) for SEO and user experience.
- Support digital initiatives to drive online sales or promote in-store availability.
- Influencer and Partner Collaborations :
- Identify and engage with influencers or brand ambassadors to expand brand reach.
- Coordinate giveaways, partnerships, and collaborative campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the food and beverage or consumer goods sector.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.Experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok).Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for basic content creation.Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.Passion for health-conscious, better-for-you brands.Why Join Us?

Base Salary : $60,000 to $70,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience.
Performance Bonus :
Up to 20% of the base salary annually, based on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as :Growth in social media followers and engagement.ROI on paid advertising campaigns.Increased website traffic and conversions.Company Bonus : Eligible to participate in company's profit-sharing program.
