Hello, my name is Maxime SOMAGLINO, Recruitment Advisor at FED ManuTech, specializing in temporary and permanent recruitment for engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles.We are experts and speak your language.We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and every stage of your career.Description (en)I am currently recruiting a Quality Engineer for one of my clients, a manufacturing company located on the South Shore of Montreal.Permanent position 40h / week - hybridReporting to the Quality Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks : - Develop and implement quality assurance tools and processes.- Manage internal and external audits.- Identify root causes of non-conformities and implement corrective actions.- Ensure team training and awareness of quality standards.- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve overall performance.Profil recherché (en)Your professional skills : - Thoroughness and excellent organizational skills.- Good communication skills and team spirit.- Analytical and methodical.Your profile : - Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or any other relevant discipline.- 3 to 5 years' experience in quality management in a manufacturing environment.- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards an asset.- Fluency in spoken and written English and French.Salary : 85k - 100k depending on experienceBenefits : Insurance, company RRSP and other competitive benefits
