Job description

Randstad Digital is seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Analyst to support a major player in the financial services and insurance industry. Embedded within an Agile IT delivery unit, you will drive quality strategy, test automation, and end-to-end coverage for Salesforce solutions and interconnected enterprise systems.

Advantages
Long-term assignment extending through early 2028.

Flexible hybrid model operating out of Quebec City or Montreal.

Standard 35-hour workweek.

Great opportunity to influence QA standards and collaborate with advanced DevOps teams.

Responsibilities
Define holistic test strategies, test plans, and comprehensive scenario workflows.

Design, automate, and execute functional, integration, and end-to-end tests for Salesforce applications.

Maintain test suites and ensure complete requirement traceability throughout the SDLC.

Investigate, document, and track software defects through to resolution.

Partner with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and DevOps engineers to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Advocate for quality assurance best practices and assist with release management and post-implementation support.

Qualifications
Proven experience in software quality assurance within Agile/Scrum environments.

Hands-on expertise validating solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Experience using Azure DevOps for defect tracking and test management, alongside Git/CI/CD workflows.

Familiarity with test automation frameworks, REST APIs/Postman, and Selenium (strong asset).

Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and excellent team collaboration skills.

Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.

Summary
Location: Quebec City or Montreal (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract (through March 2028)

Schedule: Full-time (35 hours/week)
