Your future team :
You will become part of the Operations team reporting to the Director of Operations.
What you will be doing :
- Overseeing the development and execution of capital projects ($100,000 - $1,000,000) within manufacturing site boundaries.
- Adhering to ROCKWOOL Group Project Management Guidelines, including financial planning and post-implementation follow-up.
- Managing project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting with a commitment to excellence.
- Identifying and addressing project risks for seamless execution.
- Handling procurement, vendor, and subcontractor management for smooth project operations.
- Monitoring and controlling project quality and performance for optimal outcomes.
- Tracking and reporting project progress in alignment with plans.
- Leading project close-out activities and updating documentation for future references.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to enhance project efficiency.
- Assessing and integrating regulatory requirements into project concepts for compliance.
- Ensuring installed machinery meets Rockwool Inc. production policies and safety / environmental standards, conducting total environmental evaluations and risk analyses.
