Position Title : Residential Plumbing Estimator

Pay Range : $50,000-$70,000 (Depending on Experience)
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Residential Plumbing Estimator to join our team. This role focuses on tract-built homes with pre-built quotes, so while plumbing experience is preferred, in-depth knowledge of plumbing codes is not required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing provided project scopes and compiling accurate cost estimates to support competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities
- Review project blueprints, specifications, and pre-built quote packages to develop accurate plumbing cost estimates.
- Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs for residential plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to confirm scope and requirements.
- Source and evaluate vendor / subcontractor pricing for plumbing materials and services.
- Prepare and submit timely bids and proposals based on standardized estimating procedures.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, submitted bids, and finalized costs.
- Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying efficiencies or alternatives in materials / labor.
