We’re looking for an  Administrative Coordinator  who’s part problem-solver, part multitasking ninja, and 100% a "doer." Someone who can dive into the fast-moving, ever-changing flow of our day-to-day operations and bring order, structure, and creativity to everything they touch. If you’re the kind of person who thrives on rolling up your sleeves, juggling multiple hats, and leaving no detail overlooked, you might just be our next superstar.

What You’ll Be Doing

We’ll be honest—this isn’t your typical admin role. You’ll be wearing many hats and making an impact across all corners of our business. Here’s a taste of what you’ll tackle :

• Keep the Business Running Smoothly
• Write and refine key documents like IP policies, SOC II materials, and operational guides. Your work will ensure we’re sharp, compliant, and ready for anything.
• Handle follow-ups, correspondence, and everything in between with professionalism and polish.
• Own Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Send invoices, ensure we’re set up with AP, and resolve any outstanding issues with clients.
• Learn and Test Our Software
• Get hands-on with updates and upgrades, testing fixes, and learning how our platform solves real-world problems for our customers. Your feedback will ensure everything works seamlessly before it reaches the people who rely on us.
• Support Sales Efforts
• Follow up on leads, gather critical information, and prep materials to help us win deals.
• Help Us Grow the Team
• Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding when we find the right people.
• Make Things Happen
• Organize team retreats, coordinate swag, streamline workflows, and tackle whatever else comes your way.
