Consultant Qualifications

The Senior Business Analyst is required to have the following skills and experience :

• Have 2 years of recent relevant experience defining and documenting business requirements for applications and data.
• Have 4 years’ experience interacting professionally with a wide variety of people in diverse roles (e.g. executives, contractors, technical experts, users) to develop and implement automated business processes.
• Have 1 year of experience working with front line clients in service delivery-based organizations.
• Have 3 years of experience working with an agile team using scrum methodologies.
• Have experience working effectively with non-technical end users as relates to testing, including writing business test cases, conducting functional testing, and supporting UAT.
• Experience providing business analysis related to integrated custom applications with complex business processes.
• Must have knowledge of BC Registries and Digital Services.

Proponents with the highest rating will be required to conduct an interview with the project to final selection. Responses should provide succinct examples and named resources(s) illustrating the skills and experience necessary to provide the services of a senior experience and information design consultant.

In addition to the skills and experience set out above, the Proponents should demonstrate that the proposed Senior Business Analyst(s) have the following additional skills and experience.
