  • Review and process invoices, timesheets, and vendor billings to maintain accurate cost capture
  • Analyze project performance (cost and productivity) and provide regular reports to the project team
  • Maintain and update project schedules, tracking progress, risks, and critical path impacts
  • Support short-term planning with look-aheads and collaborate with field teams on execution
  • Track and manage project changes, ensuring impacts are documented and reflected in cost and schedule forecasts
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders while supporting on-site communication and reporting

Perks of the job

  • Comprehensive insurance and benefits package
  • Health Care Spending Account
  • Paid vacation
  • Competitive compensation

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a related field with 1+ year of project controls experience (Oil & Gas, industrial construction, or turnaround preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, change management, and productivity analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced site environments
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work independently, collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality
