Job description

Production Operator – Night Shifts (12 h)

Job Summary
As part of the night team, you will prepare orders according to recipes, ensure the compliance of raw materials, operate and adjust equipment (control panels), and assemble/disassemble/clean the line. Full-time, permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the order and follow the recipe (compliance with raw materials).

  • Operate the machines; use the control panels; adjust the parameters.

  • Assemble, disassemble, and clean the equipment.

  • Apply health and safety and quality guidelines; complete production documentation.

  • Collaborate with the team leader/maintenance during discrepancies.

Requirements (Must-have)

  • Experience in production/manufacturing.

  • Comfortable with automated equipment and interfaces.

  • Diligence, autonomy, attendance.

  • Ability to work in 12 h night shifts and lift moderate loads.

  • Adherence to health and safety rules.

Assets / Preferred

  • Forklift training (may be offered).

  • Plastic processes (mixers/extruders).

  • Familiarity with HMI/data entry.

Compensation & Schedule

  • $24.80/h upon hiring.

  • Bonuses: + $2.50/h (12 h shift) + $1.00/h (night shift).

  • Rotating schedule 12 h night: A Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun | B Wed, Thu.

  • Job type: Full-time, Permanent.
