Job description

CSN Gananoque is seeking a skilled Body Shop Licensed Technician to join our team!

As a Body Shop Licensed Technician at CSN Gananoque, you will be responsible for performing high-quality collision repairs while ensuring all work meets safety and OEM standards. Our state-of-the-art facility provides a supportive environment where you can thrive and grow your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repair methods.
  • Perform body repairs including welding, cutting, and using specialized tools.
  • Repair and replace damaged panels, doors, hoods, and glass as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members throughout the repair process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and timely completion of repairs.

Requirements

  • Valid automotive technician license and/or Red Seal certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience in collision repair is required.
  • Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
