Your opportunity :
An integral member of the the International Programs Office, the Program and Admissions Coordinator, International Foundation Program (IFP) supports the Associate Director, IFP, in the planning, coordinating and administering of all non-academic aspects of the IFP. This includes pre and post-admission, student services, finance, and student life extra-curricular planning (e.g. orientation, transition week). During peak periods, the Program and Admissions Coordinator, IFP, will work closely with other members of the International Programs Office to execute International Summer Academy (ISA).
Your responsibilities will include :
- Responding to enquiries from and providing detailed information to current / prospective students, parents, and guardians
- Tracking and monitoring enrollments and informing management of enrollment numbers
- Coordinating the preparation and distribution of program and / or course material
- Maintaining course information on student information systems
- Organizing,summarizing and circulating event and program evaluations
- Providing detailed information on eligibility requirements, procedures and deadlines
- Determining logistical details and activities for events and / or programming
- Serving as a resource to others by providing (non-supervisory) job-related guidance
