Our focus on single-sourced and consistent products sets us apart in the industry.Role Description : We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our two production rooms. This role is integral to our manufacturing process and requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a commitment to quality and safety. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for learning all production processes, operating machinery, training staff, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring that production goals, KPIs, and deadlines are consistently met.Key Responsibilities : Production Oversight : Supervise and manage day-to-day operations in two production rooms.Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.Learn all processes and become proficient in operating all production machinery.Staff Management & Training : Train and develop production staff on processes, machinery operation, and safety protocols.Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure team efficiency and compliance with SOPs.Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.Process & Quality Assurance : Follow and enforce all SOPs, quality control measures, and safety protocols.Perform regular checks to ensure quality standards are consistently met.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and output.Equipment Operation & Maintenance : Learn the operation and maintenance of all production machinery.Ensure machinery is properly maintained and cleaned to minimize downtime.Troubleshoot any equipment issues in collaboration with technical staff.Compliance & Reporting : Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines.Maintain accurate documentation of production activity, KPIs, and batch records.Report on team performance and production metrics to management.Qualifications and Skills : Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment.Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.Ability to learn and operate various pieces of production machinery (both manual and automated).Demonstrated experience following and enforcing SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and train staff.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel) for data recording and reporting.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.Job Details : Job Type : Full-time Schedule : 8 AM-4 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.Benefits : Paid vacation timeExtended health care (vision, dental, disability, life insurance)On-site parkingWhy Join Taima Extracts?This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a growing company that values precision, quality, and teamwork.
