Lighting Board Operator

We are seeking a skilled Lighting Board Operator to join our dynamic production team at a prominent theatre in Mississauga, Ontario, starting at the end of May. This pivotal role involves operating the GrandMA2 lighting console for a variety of live productions, ensuring the artistic vision of the director and lighting designer is achieved with precision and creativity. The ideal candidate should have solid experience with the GrandMA2 board, a strong understanding of lighting design principles, and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure. Familiarity with other lighting control systems is considered a plus.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering breathtaking theatrical experiences.
