Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Manager with Business Analysis skills to drive the development and evolution of our state-of-the-art loan platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring products meet market demands and deliver exceptional user experiences. This hybrid role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on business analysis, requiring strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities : Product Ownership :
- Develop and maintain a product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with the design and development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future improvements.
- Advocate for the end user, ensuring all features and functionalities enhance the overall user experience.
