Job Description
What are we looking for
Provide functional application technical support to CRD customers in the Fixed Income and Derivative space.

The team you will be joining is part of Charles River Development (CRD), which became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD develops enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions, including areas such as institutional investment, wealth management, and hedge funds. We launched the first open front-to-back platform, State Street Alpha, in 2019.
What you will be responsible for
- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or in person (remotely or on-site).
- Diagnose software issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Analyze problems, answer questions, and provide software training.
- Identify and test workarounds for software bugs or deficiencies.
- Research issues related to third-party software.
- Follow standard procedures when responding to customer requests or inquiries.
- Conduct research using available resources and collaborate with other product specialists.
- Contribute to improving support processes and methods.
- Handle sensitive issues affecting customer perception of CRD's support.
- Manage special projects as required.
- Keep detailed logs of customer interactions and prepare resolution reports.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned.

Salary Range : $70,000 - $115,000 annually
The salary range applies to the primary location. It may vary if working outside this location.
