Are you a creative visionary with a knack for crafting unforgettable events and captivating social media content?

At Dentalook, we’re searching for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to bring our brand to life across all platforms, creating meaningful connections both online and offline.

Please note that this position is an in-office position, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm.

What You Bring :

2+ years of experience in event coordination, project management, or a related role.

Proficiency in Asana or similar project management software.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven experience in planning and coordinating events such as training sessions, team celebrations, or corporate events.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.

Familiarity with creating and managing timelines, schedules, and deliverables.

Proactive problem-solving skills to handle project challenges and ensure smooth execution.

Experience in managing budgets and negotiating with vendors (preferred but not mandatory).

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event planning, project management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
