Job Overview
Multicultural Services is seeking a Director of Partnership Development—a motivated and relational leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for community building.
This key leadership position focuses on growing strategic partnerships, cultivating donor relationships, and strengthening organizational sustainability. The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team to communicate Multicultural Services’ mission and impact to individuals, businesses, foundations, and community groups.
The role emphasizes relational giving over transactional fundraising, fostering meaningful connections with supporters who share our vision for inclusive community development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement a comprehensive donor and partnership development strategy to expand Multicultural Services’ network of supporters.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with businesses, community organizations, and foundations to secure sponsorships, grants, and donations.
- Develop and manage fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and legacy giving programs.
- Represent Multicultural Services at community events and networking opportunities to build visibility and trust.
- Ensure consistent, personalized engagement with donors and partners.
- Maintain donor confidentiality and uphold integrity in all stewardship practices.
